The HAGEcut product group stands for individual high-tech sawing systems for automatic sawing and deburring of different profile cross-sections and geometries at various cutting angles. On request, HAGEcut systems can also be used to carry out production steps downstream of the sawing process, such as punching, brush deburring or parts handling.

THE HAGECUT | PRINCIPLE

HAGEcut systems pursue the following goal: the perfect, clean cut. At HAGE, however, this includes more than the sawing performance itself, because this is always integrated into an overall concept.

In the conception phase, the designers deal with the entire process, they consider aspects for easy operation as well as perfect handling and integrate further steps that are needed in the production chain, such as the application of barcodes or the integration of punching and brushing units.

The HAGEcut DWS 520 is a high-tech saw machine designed for automatically saw-cutting, deburring, and brushing sections with a wide variety of shapes and geometries. In addition, it features an integrated component handling system.

• Optimized service life due to an extremely small tooth backlash at the output (HSSE saw blades (stainless steel) and carbide-tipped saw blades are used)

In the shortest possible time from 1200 mm long dissimilar IHU-formed construction strands to identical or, if required, different individual parts:

• Manual placement of pipe runs on the buffer belt
• Automatic identification of parts and position monitoring
• A robotic handling system places the pipes in the vise’s workpiece holder
• Automatic workpiece clamping
• Clamp rotates 180° (sawing position)
• Saw different sections in one clamping

• A robotic system removes the individual segments and places them in separate containers (loose goods). The sawing process continues simultaneously

This HAGEcut saw machine for manufacturing solar panel frame sections puts manufacturers ahead with stamping and saw-cutting capabilities for sections with lengths of up to 7,000 mm.

The tried-and-true HSS double-head cutting machine is made up of a unit mounted in a fixed position and a unit that can be moved with NC control, with each featuring its own vise and automatic angle adjustment functions.

Vices with a quick-change system prepare the HAGEcut systems for their work process in the shortest possible time. An automated saw blade measurement after the saw blade change and extremely short saw blade change times optimize the setup process.
