TASK
During punching – especially in continuous operation of automated punching lines or rotary punching machines – high tool wear, material adhesion and reduced cutting quality occur without targeted lubrication. Conventional flood lubrication or manual lubrication are inefficient, cause contamination and are often not suitable for modern high-speed processes. A flexible, precise and clean solution for lubricating the strip material and tools is required.
TECHNICAL SOLUTION
The UNICUT® MQL system offers a powerful and finely adjustable lubrication solution for punching processes – both for strip oiling using UNICUT® nozzle bars and for internal and external lubrication of punching tools with minimal quantities.
SPECIAL FEATURE
UNICUT® lubricants for punching processes are designed for low residue, high pressure resistance and material compatibility – ideal even for sensitive materials such as aluminium, stainless steel or coated sheet metal.
