THE AREAS OF APPLICATION
UNICUT® minimum quantity lubrication systems offer a wide range of possible applications. The main areas of application are circular saws, band saws, punching machines and strip cutting machines. Individual customer requirements can also be met.
HOW IT WORKS
UNICUT® MQL systems are pressure vessel systems. This means that fluid is conveyed using overpressure and no failure-prone pumps are required. The UNICUT® MQL system is therefore a completely reliable solution that is suitable for large-scale industrial applications.
Dosing is carried out using the dosing nozzle developed by UNICUT®. This enables simple, precise and reproducible adjustment of the oil quantity, which is regulated solely by the container pressure. A proportional valve is also available as an option, which enables electronic quantity adjustment via the PLC.
